Company owners, Peter Stewart and Chris Mommsen, along with their staff and subcontractors, bring extensive experience to all of their projects.

Peter Stewart has 25 years of building experience; seventeen of those years in the Jackson Hole area. Over the last eight years Peter has managed a diverse array of projects from high-end residential homes to surgery centers, to affordable housing for local teachers. Peter resides in Jackson Hole with his wife Natalie and children Megan and Eddy.

Chris Mommsen has 12 years of experience in the building industry including owning his own company and expertise in many of the construction sub-trades. Chris resides in Jackson Hole with his wife Joanna, is an active volunteer fireman, and currently spends the majority of his time managing the construction of a new 17,000 sq. ft. office building.

Peter’s breadth of experience and Chris’s boundless energy, combined with their extensive local knowledge, skilled staff and close personal relationship with their sub-contractors, allow Stewart Construction Services to out perform the local and (especially) the out-of-town based contractors.
